MUSIC mogul Louis Walsh is poised to quit Celebrity Big Brother after his pal Sharon Osbourne exited the house.
It comes after he sparked a war of words with Irish pop act Jedward — who he used to manage — labelling the identical twins “vile”.
The brothers hit back, calling him a “cold-hearted b*****d”.
Insiders said Louis, 71, had made it clear he would not sign up for the show without Sharon by his side, making it more likely he will now leave.
But the former X Factor judge and music manager would still receive his entire ITV show fee.
A source said: “Louis would only go into the show with Sharon booked in there with him. CBB pulled out all the stops to make it happen.
“They know Louis is a flight risk now Sharon is gone and no one would be surprised if he left. Louis will still receive his full fee, so he has nothing to lose.
“Without Sharon he will be lost as they have such a close friendship in the house.
“Everyone is on high alert for Louis to throw in the towel, but he’s making such good television, the producers are praying that he will stay.”
A second source told The Sun Louis’ fee was around £250,000 — half of what Sharon, 71, was paid for her week-long stint.
Louis — who created boybands Boyzone and Westlife — has caused shock waves with his antics in the house, including labelling singer Ronan Keating — who he also managed — as a “pr**k”.
His takedown of Jedward on Tuesday sparked an angry response from the twins — who happened to be enjoying dinner and a hot tub at celeb pal Gemma Collins’ house.
They said: “Louis Walsh is a cold-hearted bd who didn’t even send us flowers when our mom died.”
John and Edward Grimes, both 32, added: “Louis Walsh b****ed and talked about us to our best friend Tara Reid and then we fired him!
“Girls Aloud hate Louis!
“Jedward hate Louis!
“Ronan Keating hates Louis!
“All future acts should be made aware of what this VILE man is really like.”
Sharon — met by daughter Kelly as she left the CBB house — also ruffled feathers on the show, saying she was “furious” with Simon Cowell after she turned down a job on The Masked Singer when promised the X Factor US.
She said: “I missed a huge gig.
“But that’s Simon. He cuts you off.
“He doesn’t know how to keep friends.”
