In 2021, when Pelletier was 21, the VPD made a similar warning after he was released from custody.
Pelletier is 6-foot-2 and has a heavy build. He has short black hair and brown eyes.
While living in the community, Pelletier must comply with the following conditions.
He cannot consume, purchase or possess alcohol, cannot consume, purchase or possess drugs other than prescribed medication, cannot associate with the victim or members of his victim’s family, must report all contacts with females to his parole supervisor, must reside at a Community Correctional Centre or a Community Residential Facility, or other residential facility, not be outside after 6 p.m. and not to Salish Park in Chilliwack.
Anyone who witnesses Pelletier in violation of any of these conditions is asked to call 9-1-1.
