LISA Armstrong appears to have taken a savage swipe at her former lovers with a new post.
The 47-year-old was married to TV presenter Ant McPartlin until they split in 2018 and last year she broke up with boyfriend James Green.

Today Strictly Come Dancing make-up artist Lisa took to Instagram to share a quote which read: “Dogs before dudes.”
She and Ant, 48, share custody of their beloved chocolate Labrador Hurley.
Lisa and James split last year just eight weeks after a romantic holiday in the Caribbean.
James was Lisa’s first long-term relationship since her marriage to Ant broke down.
According to the Daily Mail, the split was “sudden”, but “amicable”.
An insider told the newspaper: “He was with her one day, and he just wasn’t with her the next day.
“There was no inkling that anything was wrong.”
Lisa had been dating dad-of-two James since 2020 – two years after her relationship with Britain’s Got Talent host Ant had ended.
Meanwhile Ant recently announced he and second wife Anne-Marie are expecting their first child together.
This week a devastated Lisa paid tribute to her close pal and Strictly star Robin Windsor following news he had passed away.
She uploaded a snap showing Robin looking suave in his show promo picture, wearing a white shirt and black braces.
In her emotional caption, Lisa wrote: “Absolutely Devastated……
“Robin you were truly loved and will be truly missed!!….”
Revealing her nickname for the Ipswich-born Latin and ballroom star, she added: “RIP Bobby…” followed by three broken heart emojis.
