Angie Harmon claims Instacart driver shot and killed her dog Oliver

Angie Harmon is mourning the loss of her dog after he was allegedly shot by a stranger.

“This Easter weekend a man delivering groceries for Instacart shot & killed our precious Oliver,” the model told her Instagram followers Monday. “He got out of his car, delivered the food & THEN shot our dog.

“Our ring camera was charging in the house, which he saw & then knew he wasn’t being recorded,” the the 51-year-old continued. “The police let him go b/c he claimed ‘self defense.’ He did not have a scratch or bite on him nor were his pants torn.”

The “Law & Order” alum noted that she was home with her daughters at the time and allegedly heard the person saying, “Yeah, I shot your dog. Yeah, I did.”

She concluded, “We are completely traumatized & beyond devastated at the loss of our beloved boy & family member.”

Harmon’s social media upload included a range of sweet snaps of her deceased pet playing with other dogs, resting on a couch and more.

“This is UNBELIEVABLE!” Paulina Porizkova commented on the post. “I don’t even know how to react to this.”

Harmon shared further details on her Story, including the identity the Instacart employee was working under.

“Your actions are despicable and inexcusable,” the North Carolina resident wrote. “You’ve not only robbed us of a beloved family member, but you’ve also traumatized us beyond measure.”

After the “devastated” actress slammed the “heartless act,” she shared her sadness over not being able “to say goodbye to” Oliver.

Instacart addressed the incident with a statement to Daily Mail, revealing “the shopper account was immediately suspended from [their] platform” as they have “no tolerance for violence of any kind.”

The company added that they are “in direct contact with the customer and are cooperating with law enforcement on their investigation.”
